Our bags are handcrafted using genuine leather. Like all natural materials, it reacts to the atmosphere. Humidity, rain and sunlight can cause damage. Should a slight white coating appear on the surface, it can easily be removed using a dry cloth. Should the leather get wet, please absorb the water immediately with a dry cloth. Overexposure to sunlight can stain or alter the color.
This item was hand crafted using genuine suede leather and special brushing technique to loosen the fibers on the surface, creating a textured bicolor effect. With this special technique, it is possible that fibers will transfer onto clothing or other surfaces. As with all suedes, variations in tone, marks or grain are common and should not be considered imperfections. Suede leather can alter color or stain clothing or other objects especially if in contact with humidity and atmospheric agents. Please make every effort to keep leather and suede from getting wet. If your handbag does get wet, let it dry at room temperature, pat it dry with a terry cloth towel. The leather has not been waterproofed because this would alter its natural appearance or characteristics when it is dry. You may gently brush the suede to remove any debris or loose fibers. Over brushing may result in the loss of all loose fibers.
