The Phia Skirt in Leather Silk Fringe features an artisanal fringe skirt crafted from a mix of faux leather and organza. Featuring a high-low hem and a center back zipper, the skirt is made using a unique process: Italian faux leather panels are knife cut, then sent to Madagascar, where organza is cut into bias strips, attached to the panels, and machine processed to create a tubular design. The skirt is hand-cut to achieve its asymmetrical hem.
